The Salt Lake Tribune -- Yellow Cab driver Abdirizak Mohamed has had his share of No Goes. That's when he pulls up, only to find the passenger isn't at the appointed place. What's particularly galling is people calling Salt Lake City's three taxi companies - then getting into the cab of the driver who shows up first. "People may not understand that we have to buy our own gas," said Mohammed. "And the gas prices are killing us."

	Why would someone call all three taxi companies? Easy. It's because taxi drivers are notroiusly unreliable. Folk's time is worth something. Obviously the people in SLS have learned that they have to call more than one company to get a taxi at all. If they were on time every time, nobody would do this - they wouldn't have to.

	This puts a pinch on a lot of people who rely on cabs; Cabs are needed by common people for transportation not just like the movies to go to the theatre.
